External Tools related to TOPAS

These are some of the TOPAS Extensions and related tools have been developed and shared by members of our user community.

TOPAS Extensions:

• DICOM RT-Ion interface for MC simulation
  converts treatment planning information from DICOM RT format into TOPAS parameters 

• Topas-Extension
  A range of TOPAS extensions, from nuclear reactions tracking, Qeff scoring, and all particle LET scorer to Dirty dose and detector weighted ambient dose equivalence scoring

• MONAS
  Combines simulations of microdosimetric distributions with four radiobiological models based on microdosimetry to predict cell survival curves and dose-dependent RBE (as described at https://doi.org/10.1088/1361-6560/ad1d66).
